The Great Lakes Expo recognizes that financial assistance is sometimes required to attend a conference of this size. To help make the Expo accessible to all, the Expo board started offering registration scholarships in 2023. There will be 40 scholarships available in 2024. Each scholarship will cover the cost of one Expo registration.
Our Process
Innovation that excites
Each applicant should complete the form in its entirety. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. The form will ask you to describe your farm and explain why financial help is necessary this year. The application window closes on October 31.
The Expo will review all applications and notify each applicant on whether they received a scholarship or not. Those not able to receive a scholarship in 2024 will still have time to register at the early-bird discount.

Application Form
- All fields must be complete with accurate information
- Each individual requesting a scholarship must submit a separate application
- Each household/farm may submit a maximum of two registration scholarship applications
- We will select 40 applicants to receive free admission to the Expo on October 31. Notification will be sent to those not selected so that they have time to sign up for early-bird pricing before it expires on November 15.
